If extended time in the Omegas is your intention, I believe procuring a visa from us would be beneficial to you. Please note the following zones in the case of New Moscow, or Omega-52 by your default standard Sirian star-chart.

Systems that I advise you avoid and do not enter under any circumstances would be Omega-47, as it is heavily guarded against incursions by unfamiliar third-parties. Kiev is open for travel to the public, so long cooperation to Coalition patrols is expressed, though you are asked to comply with the current lock-down of Shadowhaven and are not to approach its perimeter of ten klicks. Omega-55 known by us as New Beijing, although a wild portion of space currently has no restrictions on travel beyond the obvious, similar to Kiev. Omega-49 is obviously a non-factor, as it is often regarded as neutral space, you should receive no trouble there, aside from the occasional corsair loaded on more stupidity than sense.

To summarize. We treat New Moscow, New Beijing and Kiev as sovereign space, and are systems within which we have a marked presence as well as installations. Any other Omega system remains either highly contested or under the Authority of the Red Hessian Army, with whom I would suggest you also get in touch with to avoid any confusions.
