Recent patrols in the Leeds system have yielded a startling discovery of just how bad the Gallic push onto your front-lines truly is. But this can be a blessing in disguise, given the rabid nature of the Gallic war machine that seeks to devour your rival Kingdom whole. They have engineered a kill-box of their own design, a choke-point, a liability. An offensive against the gate construction site within Leeds and subsequent strikes against Gallic shipping would halt the advance, in addition to forcing Gallia to cease pushing in order to regain momentum and ensure that they can muster the forces to reclaim or salvage their efforts in Leeds.

What this would accomplish is two things, number one, it buys you time to further bolster the system of New London. Two, it adds a severe element of stress to the front in Leeds, and if executed correctly and in unison, an attempt can be made at liberating your now-occupied planet within the same system. I realize this is a daring proposition and a risky offensive, but as one of your pilots once told me - "Who dares wins".

I can only assume that you do in fact wish to win this war, but I have to leave it to your discretion as to whether or not to cooperate with me in such an effort. You don't have to trust me, but at the end of the day, I myself believe the resistance on Leeds has had to suffer enough.

I was a little disappointed that this communication stream went nowhere, but I digress.

I'd like to see this proposal turn into something potentially productive. From my understanding talks are still under-way and our associations with one another are still in a rather precarious position. With Inter-House stability in Sirius reaching an all-time low, at least by my observations, I've decided to re-open this linkage with every intention of putting in place some basic cooperation regarding the Gallic Menace in our assorted border systems.

To this end I'd like to call for a meeting, it would be helpful if you could appoint a delegation from your forces, Government or whatever it may be to attend it, I'll chair it under the supervision of the Premier. I understand if you have.. reservations, but given the offer you have just the right person to send, though she'd had a long and perhaps bloody history with us, she knows the lay of the land as it were. The "full metal.." I can't say the last word it would be offensive, Frau Dagon would be a wise attachment to any delegation you send, consider that a friendly tip off the record.

I apologise for the delay, I have been dealing with a great number of other things at the moment. I should inform you that Kaze Dagon is no longer a member of the SIS nor is she a member of the Government, and she can be extremely difficult to deal with. However I will consider sending her along with an agent to keep an eye on her, and I shall pass this communication up through the government. Hopefully they will reply soon.
