Greetings, gentlemen.

I am contacting, on behalf of the Commonwealth, regarding support and expertise in reactivating Guadalajara's docking ring. Two years ago, my predecessor began that project and was finalized in a very rushed manner, without several key systems, originating some accidents.

Needless to say, I ordered its complete shutdown, and have been revising and delineating a solid plan and strategy to complete it, with all the safeties and systems that an infrastructure like this should have. In terms of materials and machinery needed, we have it all at the moment. However, specialized and experienced personnel in these matters are scarce. And with that in mind, I am requesting DSE to aid us in this endeavor.
