I am sure Admiral Ferguson has sent you an update on what is taking place on the Washington. Do you feel confident in your ability to carry out this important task? We have pressing times ahead of us and It will take our best and brightest our Fleet has to offer in ensuring the safety and peace within Liberty. I took the liberty of having the needed resources sent to Norfolk, for obvious reasons they could not be sent to Juneo or Washington Shipyard by Universal Shipping Inc.

First and foremost, I believe introductions are in order.
I am Operative Bleue, senior to the OSCD. It will be through me that you will receive updates on our progress, as well as information on items and data we will need to complete these.
Admiral Ferguson has already relayed your request for OSCD's aid in this project, and seeing as most of my staff are fairly seasoned in this kind of work, we have an idea of what we're doing. Don't worry about that.
As for actual business, my men and I will need further clarification as to the density and extent of the improvements you want done, which is to say, how thick and how many? The supplies we've been forwarded will give us an idea, but surplus on Washington can and will be needed should the plan be bigger than the Admiral has transmitted to us.
In time I also project that eventually we'll need to moor the Washington and have her taken from your hands for the duration of the upgrade. How long that will take will depend on the intelligence of those who first constructed her, but if all goes well then you'll have a new, fresh and shiny warship to play with.

A pleasure to meet you. The Washingtons Specific Hull Thickens rating show 1.8 Million I need the rating to be 2 Million, as for the weaponry, we will need to make two new Turret Locations behind the Observation post this new location needs to be able to support our "heavy" class weapons, as for the weaponry being mounted I will have to come back with you on that at a later time.
If and when the Washington needs to be moored I will be more than happy to oblige.
How do you propose we get the needed supplies from Washington Shipyard to a location of your choosing?

We'll see what we can do along the lines of updating the ship's armor. I suspect we'll need to sacrifice some of the screw's accommodations for the armor, as well as more space for these heavy-class weapons mounts you're planning. Rest assured we'll do our job to a tee.
I'll also have logistics transfer the materials to Juneau, and a spot reserved in Drydock C for the Washington. In time, I suspect progress may slow on the Washington, as the Admiral has just forwarded us the blueprints for the Arkansas overhaul. However, I don't think you have much to worry about, as that project is still getting a good seeing-to by the rest of the Logistics staff.
