This is to address the success of Operation Citizen to which, I offer my most sincere regards to the brave pilots of the SCEC of whom you dispatched to safely carry my people to your home, planet Jiangxi. No doubt the devious forlorn and a rogue Core| wing nearly ended us but the escorts managed to keep them off the pilgrim liners.
Currently, I've been made aware my people are being kept on a station in geosynchronous orbit around Jiangxi. As such, the basic formalities of citizenship must be dealt with.
For the time being, I have been wisely advised by the SCEC to apply for a " Green " Visa. I do not know what this means but I assume it has some major importance to the safety of your people as well as mine to steer clear of restricted No-Fly zones in the Omega 52 star system.
I once again extend my hand of thanks for your efforts and hope to see my people planet-side soon. They have truly endured enough pain being in orbit for too long. I hope to further our diplomatic ties with subsequent mutually beneficial operations and trade deals.

It is indeed provident that we have set aside our differences to look towards a brighter future. One that involves more prosperity and security to both your people as well as mine. The future is bright Premier Selim and I commend you for this act of good faith.
All military and civilian personal have been informed about the given no-fly zones. Our researchers are also more than ready to begin assisting as able.
