As you well know, Gallia is knocking at New London's doors. My assessment places Newcastle in a dangerous position with that, thus I like to cultivate options. Not for the defense, no. We have the Ark Royal battlegroup for that. Attrition is a war we in the Bretonian Armed Forces know and I am not keen in putting assets that are not connected to it in those kind of battles.

No. I am looking for something akin to a dagger in my mind. A dagger that is hidden and that cuts the deepest. What I am looking for mercenaries and freelancers willing to participate in one single operation against the Gaul forces, time of it yet unknown. But that will strike true and hard. I already have a score of mercenaries basing their daily work on Scarborough. I want to increase that number, ten-fold.

I offer you a safe home, free repairs, a steady contract, and a place on where to base off your day to day activities. As I mentioned, a score of mercenaries and freelancers already are there, under this very provision. There you will be able to coordinate with colleagues within the same spectrum of business, until the day that I will call upon you comes.

In that day, I will pay 50 million credits to each mercenary and freelancer to participate in one surgical strike. And hopefully it will be a turkey shooting as I have planned. That will be the only occasion I will order you. The only occasion I will ask of you.

While I do understand that many in the mercenary way of life like to be free, no strings attached, working for the next job as it comes, I also understand the need of a safe haven to return, recuperate, refit and go back out again. I can help you with that and much more.
