Ich heisse Joseph Porta, discharged Military Pilot from the Battlegroup Strausberg.

I had joined the Rheinwehr right after the Libertonian war started and I had been part of the Strausberg Fleet during the war. Ich wurde entlassen with the rank of Feldwebel, which opened the doors for War Academy where I continued to study the Kommands of Capital class ships, as a Reserve.

With this new war that our House has been dragged, I wish to ask the Rheinland Oberkommando to reinstate me as active personnel, so I can do my part.

I attach my old application and I am ready to respond to any question the Board is having.

Background Information: Joseph Porta was born on the planet Stuttgart.

Son of two simple farmers, he didn’t liked the idea to stay and work the land. He worked alongside with his parents but he soon realized that he was not cut out for that; that he could do more then just help the parents at agriculture. With time, Porta discovered how much he hated agriculture and that he had a natural skill for trading. He started some small illegal operations, but also he admired the life of a soldier and saw that as a life business opportunity. At a young age, Porta started to make friends from the Garrison troops settled on Stuttgart. He also met with other dealers, learning and developing his natural skill toward that of a military man. After a few years, one of his friends from the Military took him inside a fighter cockpit and he spent some of his time inside the barracks, motivating him to become a pilot and a soldier. There is where he saw a lot of opportunities.

At the age of 16, Porta joined a flight school. His first specialization was civilian air vehicles. Tt that school, Porta showed some natural skills toward flying , quickly amassing the knowledge gained from the lessons of his instructors, graduating among the top five from his class.

At the age of 18,Porta found work as a pilot who dropped fertilizers. He didn’t worked long in that place, his mind reminding him that there was more then work in the food basket of Rheinland. He liquidated all his savings from the bank and with the blessings of his parents he started to wander in space.

Porta tried to find work among the Rheinland stations and planets, trying in many cities but all the work he found didn’t satisfied him. It was true that the money he earned was more then enough to sustain him, but he felt a hole in his heart and every time he saw pilots of the Rheinland Military he started to think on how he will look in a Military uniform.

He stayed on planet New Berlin for a few months; time spent on training himself to join the military. He adapted very fast at long periods of day and night presented on the planet; something abnormal for a boy born on planet Stuttgart. A few weeks later , he was spotted near the recruitment center of the Rheinland Military and with his training he was confident on his admission to the Academy.

After he stepped in he was not seen for four years, time when he learned all the things a pilot had to learn in order to survive on the battlefield and to maintain the stability and enforce the law in Rheinland space.
He was sent at the end of the training to the Battleship Strausberg where he awaits his new orders and to be transferred from the secondary fleet to the primary fleet.

Oberkommando reviewd your request to be reincorporated into active service.

Having carefully studied your marks on Officers academy and taking into account both your services in the past and the reccomendation of your instructors, you are reincorporated at the rank of Hauptmann.
