Greetings to all participants.

The Ministry of Services has established this persistent, highly secured communications channel and information dump for the purposes of continued contact and relationship building between the Amalfi Union and its Directorate and Natio Octavarium through the economic focus of the Octavarium Mercantile Guild. The Government thought it prudent to create this information-sharing network to formalize the trade relations that have in recent weeks been informally established between the Maltese families that compose the Amalfi Union and Natio Octavarium as a state.

As previously established during the trial runs accomplished over the past two weeks, Canberra Star City will be importing Amalfi-extracted Cryo Organisms in bulk with remuneration of Five Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty (5,250) credits per standard cargo unit. In return, Canberra Star City will export, from Tau-44 to Malta, the high-quality military-grade components completely legitimately sourced from elsewhere in Sirius, in the forms of "Military Salvage" at Eight Thousand Five Hundred (8,500) credits per standard cargo unit and the less-glamourously named "Premium Scrap" at Eight Thousand (8,000) credits per standard cargo unit.

Representing the Octavarium Mercantile Guild on this channel will be Guildmaster John Riley, captain of the Dreaded Skies. As the formal caretakers of Canberra Star City, the Ministry of Services may be involved in discussions pertaining to the colony, its operations, and the informal neutral zone surrounding it. If at any point in time, any representatives of either side of this economic venture have any issues to discuss, please flag them in this channel and the appropriate parties as well as the appropriate Octavarium Government ministry will repond in a timely manner.
