If you are non-hostile, then an exchange would be quite easy. My mother is a neural scientist and software engineer, with some of her own feats in synthetic design. Unfortunately, she, herself, is only a basic neural network program copy of her formal self. His previous suit utilized a capacitor of conventional design, and this one shall utilize an Ingenuus Power cell at the core.

We have sent a full body scan of the Doctor, rendered in a 3-dimensional space. We assume standard encoding units will be sufficient to Extrapolate the appropriate measurements. Beyond that, it must fit within the our normal corridors, which will also be sent directly to you. It's ideal that the shell is able to block small arms fire, but the lighter the better. The previously stated interface is an emergency override interface for if and when a combat situation arises, I can interface with the shell and ensure the Doctor's safety. Beyond that, sensory equipment to include all known and observable grids is preferable.
