More people seem to be entering this conflict in Bering and to be honest its going to end up into a massive blood fest. The crisis you speak of is the Unioner one. They have caused the mess and sadly reaping the negative rewards from it. Its best you keep out of Bering, due to the ongoing fire fights between Harmony and the Unioners. Anyone seen aiding the Unioners will be shot down by Harmony. I wouldn't want you or your men to get hurt. I'm a neutral party in this incident and both sides haven't given me an issue.

I know nothing of outcast activity as of late, the minor patrols that I see high tail it when they see me and for good reason.
