On my daily base supply run from Phoenix Research Complex to Planet Manhattan, i was contacted by a Navy ship near the New York jump Gate. Upon scanning it was revealed that the pilot belongs to 5th Military Police fleet of the Liberty Navy. The pilot inquired me about having a transport ship in restricted space. I answered the query appropriately. Soon he became to realize the existence of Phoenix Research Complex in Restricted space and asked for the Complex location. I followed the SOPs and contacted the high command for that and informed him. In doing so he introduced himself as Director of the 5th Fleet Research and Development Division. During this a freelancer ship appeared on the radar in restricted space.What happened Next is the reason of this report.
As navy vessel stopped her and inquired her it revealed that she was a researcher and doing some research which led her into restricted space.
But by the Liberty law all civilian ships must be destroyed in restricted space. Upon knowing that, she said that she didn't know that and plead for forgives and spared to be alive. Well the Navy director showed her mercy by using a new memory removing gadget. the gadget was quite impressive and worked smoothly.
My request to command is that PRD must try to acquire/research that technology because it will save the lives of strayed civilians and we don't have to spill the blood of innocent civilians/researchers in restricted space.
For the propose of acquiring that technology negotiation with the Director of the 5th Fleet Research and Development Division is suggested.

Today I was on my routine patrol From Complex to Zone42 when my ship radar picked a FREELANCER Contact. Scanning revealed it was "Mjolnir" a Rheinland SHF with Callsign: "Blacky". As Civilian existence in restricted space is illegal so according to the SOPs I engaged the ship.
To inform the Command that it is my second Engagement with same Pilot in 2 weeks. The attitude of Pilot is suspicious as he didn't reply to any hails and try to flee (Could be a SPY). But this time he didn't make it and destroyed. Unfortunately he was able to escape through Escape pod mechanism. During the fight my ship took heavy damage, hull breach in engine disabled my cruise speed and decreased the impulse speed. Ship repairs were necessary. So I set waypoint for Kok R Station.
As soon as I reached Research Station my Radar picked another Contact. Scan revealed it was another FREELANCER Commandeering a Pirate Train with Callsign: ''LZ-129". I followed the the SOPs and ask him to stop.To my surprise this Pilot respond to my Hails and stopped. Upon questioning he didn't tell anything because he was using another language that I have no knowledge. After some unproductive communication I suspected that he may be trying to fool me by avoiding the regular Communication Language (As he stopped his ship as soon as I asked him to do it). To practice the Law I engaged ship but due to my damaged ship i was unable to stop the ship and he docked at P-Station M******L. I hailed the station managed to informed them about it.

Requests:
1-Grant the Permission to Acquire Liberty "Defiant"-class Gunboat for the purpose of Effective engagements in future as I work alone my assignments .
2-Acquire/Research memory removing gadget so we don't have to spill the blood of strayed civilians/researchers in restricted space.
3-Command should Contact to Liberty Government to change the docking rights of Installations (in restricted space) to hostile for Non-Military Vessels.
4-Command should Put Ship (Call sign) "Blacky'' on WATCH LIST as he violation Liberty Law (for restricted Space) Twice and consult the Liberty Criminal Registery.

Well this is a situation that can be really annoying if people dont follow our orders but sadly this is their desicion.. but besides that you did a well job and you are a really loyal and good agent. I appriciate the effort you put into PRD.. about your requests..

1. You dont need the permission to fly a Defiant for us, because we would like to promote you to the new Security Director which means that you are allowed to command all ships up to the Assault Battlecruiser.
2. Well sadly we dont own the technology that you have seen from the 5th Fleet Pilot but I will try to meet him soon so we may can make a deal that we get some of this devices.
3. Indeed you are right about that I think that the security in ****** lacks of power to defeat simple ships that dont belong here..
4. I will take your advise and contact the goverment to set this ship on the watchlist and may we can inprison the pilot of this ship for breaking one of the most importent laws.

This report contain details about "What Happened after you Docked at FP11.
After your dock at station, I remained in space to assess potentials threats for our future research. In doing so I was contacted by one of The Order Cap Ships callsign: " BlackMandarin". Commanding Officer of BlackMandarin was being friendly and offering help in form of Escort that I told him not needed Currently but may be in future. Further he introduced himself as "Erik Thompson". Also, there was a Coalition Vessel very friendly to The Order and later he supported Order ships against The Core attack which appear on scene right after my conversation with "BlackMandarin".
There was another unusual thing happened during the clash Between Order and Core.
That was some of The Order Ships don't want to engage the Core ship but due to the offensive stance of the Core ships, they opened fire in support of their Fellow Order ships. I Suspect there may be some sort of understanding is going on between those Order and Core Pilots Previously.
Lastly, Sending Scan Results of Nomad Ship that we encountered in Omicron Delta near FP11 Unfortunately I was unable do a thorough scan of weapons as Nomad Ship got destroyed By Order Vessels.

I was a few days ago Caught eye on some an old abounded Wracked Station nearby our base. I didn't get any reading but I caught a Ship chilling in its hanger, life lines on the ship was dead as well. that's crazy if you tell me but I went in aware with my Mk 32 Advanced Assault Carbon rifle and looked around, the base and ship was indeed died from radioactive. strange if you ask me but I am always got on my Explore ship all the gear I need to raid or check out.

On the way back, I came across an unknown gun we may give to the Scientist and professors divisions once we get some to study it, for time been I leave the gun in my cargo bay for safe keeping.
