Good to hear a response from The Hansa, Mister Black.

Ouroboros is a Kusarian Revolutionary Group that is in need of upgrades for our installation in the Sigmas. Before I can disclose the location of the base, I'll need to be certain that The Hansa will not disclose the location and affiliation of our base to unauthorized parties.

We are working on a expansionary project, codenamed Musubi, which will expand the base to a Konno-class Type II Modular Installation.

We are operating with other entities involved in the project that cannot for reasons of diplomacy, enter or operate in Rheinland, and as such, we need a middleman to collect the Fusion Diodes and drop them off to us.

The offer we have is negotiable, and is as follows:

The Hansa will deliver 10,000 (ten thousand) Fusion Diodes to our base in the Sigmas for 1.5x the total cost per unit. (Currently Market prices for 1 Fusion Diode come to 1,000 SC, so you would get 1,500 per unit.)

If this arrangement is not to your liking, we are willing to pay up to 3.0x the total cost per unit.
