Good day, esteemed leaders of Rheinland. I am Karl Stark, currently one of the Managers at Integral Systems Engineering.

While the standard procedure would be our Director, Mr. Parr approaching, he currently oversees a highly important operation, thus i am here as your contact. Now, what we, as the primary shipping and construction company of Crayter Republic, want from you, well more like kindly ask as a request is, that we are given permission to enter Rheinland Space with a retrofitted Bustard-Class Light Carrier that is retrofitted to be our flagship of merchantile operations. We merely aim to carry legal cargo with such a vessel. It will be lightly armored and carry most basic ordinance that is barely enough to defend itself from threats, to make way for cargo. ISE-Hermes, the Bustard in question, will also posess a Jump Drive Mark IV to cover vast distances between Crayter Space and Rheinland Space.

I would also like to clarify here that the vessels carrying ISE "prefix" within their transponder names are operated by our corporation and purely civilian. Whereas you can assume any other Crayter vessels to be Military. As i remember Federal Polizei needed a clarification regarding this a couple of weeks ago i wanted to clarify it here just to be on the safe end.
