Hello everyone, I'm Nebuell Histeryc, I've been playing on the official server for some time and after some bad investments I had to abandon my other game nick that he + Nebu + His3riC and create a new character called Hazraell, throughout the time I've played as Hazraell I have been trading and exploring on my own something that had led me to enter in alaska and Omega systems throughout my travels I have seen many friendly players even seeing them me marked as enemies and some cretins in spite of having same allies , which has led me to think that after collecting 1,200,000 (which is not much seeing the prices of the ships) it might be a good idea to ally myself with factions such as Corsair, Outcast or maybe Nomad, my English is hard not to say null and is another reason why I raise it since I understand that Outcasts and Corsair are or were a faction destined to create a Hispanic colony or mostly composed of Spanish-speaking people. e think that is a bit absurd but perhaps being part of one of those factions I could continue sailing from one point of Sirius to another, whether to trade, explore, escort or fight, currently I do not have a ship that can be considered in optimal conditions but still I can travel and explore, I understand the basic concept of role play and I really do not have much time to devote myself to it completely including the current rules and policies within the game, so I expected a possibility to continue also in a Quite free when playing, a couple of hours as much but neither would be every day, Saturdays and Sundays maybe?
Welcome. Maybe you should RP as Junker or Corsair and Outcast as you've mentioned, since they're hispanic, but, i don't know if they speak spanish with eachother, i mean, maybe they uses some terms like people in Rheinland.
I know your frustation, my native language is portuguese and theres no portugueses playing (i think) and no portuguese faction, maybe i should create one? I don't think so... Official Factions should be a bit more newbie friendly with non-native speakers (that know roleplay, ofc). I mean, we can write, thats not a problem and understand, but... About using a Teamspeak, Mumble, Discord or Ventrilo and speaking, yeah, that would be a bit hard, since we don't practice.
For many years ive played EVE Online, thats how i learned speak, since you MUST be in VoIP. Theres no problem having a bit of difficult in speak while nervous or having intense action. Trying to speak and speaking with ppl that will make you learn, you must not be shy.
Hi and welcome! A Hispanic guy here and Spanish is my native language. I had to learn English by force here on my Island on my 5th Grade year. I managed to get some bilingual friends that helped me to understand and speak English here on my Island. I still sometimes, struggle with my English especially when nervous. However, I do believe it is possible to do that here as well; make friends that are bilingual and speak your native language. There are very few folks that speak Spanish on this server, just got to ask on forums. ;3
Also, I play on an Official Nomad faction aka 'Vagrants'. So, it is to show you, your language will not stop you from what you can possibly think you can accomplish.
