During a recent patrol crossing high Pittsburgh orbit, a member of our forces attempted to dock at your installation. Unfortunately, it appears your docking computers are incorrectly configured, preventing us from docking. I will of course assume that this is simply a clerical issue or a technical glitch, but I wished to reach out to you in good faith before any bureaucracy became involved. Simply let us know when docking access for =LSF= has been restored upon the installation.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention,

While we utmost respect our nations agencies, I must apologize for what appears to be a docking issue. I looked into it and noted that =LSF= had clearance to land however during yesterdays stock take there was an upgrade implemented in our traffic management project, thus temporarily putting our docking and berthing facilities offline.

I apologise for the inconvenience and you can see that you still have access to dock on Doe Industries Space Port.
