This is a note to inform you that the Government has recently begun discussions with the RHA that may result in their (un-escorted) transports entering Bretonia. No conclusion has been reached but we shall inform you of the result and whether or not RHA transports will be allowed to enter Bretonia and what commodities they are expected to be carrying.
