I’m the Commander Yann Blackwings from the Battlegroup Harmony. Before to explain the reason of this communication, I’d like to introduce ourselves.
Battlegroup Harmony is formed of old LSF and Navy officers and pilots. You Order are, probably the best people to know what happened to Liberty during the Nomads War. Everyone thought after the end of the conflict within the Houses space that the infected have been killed.
However two years ago, our Fleet Admiral Victoria Knight discovered the proofs of a global infection of the Navy High Command. Even her best effort, the Battlegroup Harmony which was a part of the secondary Navy fleet at this moment has been disabled in Alaska. But a strike leads by the LSF delivered the Harmony battleship and we found a safe place in the Independent Worlds, in Bering more precisely.
Since this day, the Navy and the LSF see us as traitors, as the Liberty Separatists and want our destruction. The Battlegroup Harmony reinforced its positions and also growled up significantly. We only have one goal: the eradication of the infected within the Navy.
We did several and successful attacks against the Navy forces and now we are about to end this.
You should wonder how we know your organization. Harmony did several expeditions within the Omicrons and I met some weeks ago one of your pilot, Fina Smith. She is an old Separatist pilot and I could learn about the Legacy, very different it seems compared to the Overwatch.
We are interested in your organization. We would like to know your goals and more precisely the differences between you and the Order Overwatch for maybe a future cooperation.

Guten abend,
Herr Blackwings. I must say that even after Frau Smith's contact with your group, I wasn't entirely certain that we'd actually get something like this.
My name is Patricia Becker, Colonel of the Order and second in place to Doctor Callahan of the Legacy of Orillion cell. I operate the majority of the military and space-borne aspects of the cell, as well as dictate what logistics go where. In short, what I say usually goes, and in the interest of seeing the cell succeed in it's primary mission, I usually tend to have most of the cell's approval.
We've known about the Battlegroup for some time. After bringing in Frau Smith, having a connection within Liberty that isn't a straight up pirate faction was a boon that we couldn't ignore. While we are seclusive, we do tend to aim for more proactive roles within the houses. Having a connection to your forces will no doubt help both sides. However, you had questions, and I'm delaying.
The cell's goals are what they've always been: the destruction and removal of the Nomads from Sirius. We don't care how it gets done, or in what fashion. Hence the name of the cell.
While this may bring to light the idea that the Overwatch, with their focus on the expanded 'realm' of the Order, our calling is simply the same mission our founder had when the Order was conjured up. We work with the Overwatch, but beyond that, any action against human targets is prohibited. We were founded to protect humanity, not see to it's continued fall.
If there's a possibility of working cooperatively to further both sides, then I see no problem with trying. I do however need to express once more that our cell is founded on the principle of defending humanity from both the Nomads and their thralls. We don't get involved with wars. We help our friends, but beyond that, I ask that you not expect my men to openly take part in your conflict with the Liberty government. I look forward to seeing where this goes, Commander.
Thanks first of all for your quick answer. My suppositions about the Legacy were finally right. I’m glad to hear you are different of the Overwatch. The Order crimes are mostly known in Sirius and that is a really sad to see a so noble organization falls into the murders of innocent people.
Our goals are mostly the same. Our trust in the Order found a light when we learnt about you. Sadly, the Battlegroup Harmony is currently in warfare with the Navy despite our best efforts to eliminate the fat cats of the Navy. We don’t have any choice to kill that’s right sometimes, innocent Navy lifes in order to survive. But that is the cost to finally eradicate the infection and the Navy wants our total destruction.
As you mentioned it, we don’t have the intention to involve the Legacy with the current Navy war. I guess the Omicrons are the priority and that’s understandable. However we could provide you a hand within the Omicrons. We currently have two fighters squadrons stationed in Minor. They will help you in the fight against the infected and the Nomads.
Our knowledge of the Omicrons is grandly limited. Our exploration was limited to the systems of Minor and Delta and I’m sure there are many things to learn about yet. The destruction of the Nomads is obviously the reason why we are currently fighting the Navy aswell. We could need your help in gathering informations about this Sirius area.
I guess we both agree for a future cooperation against the Nomads. Because of them, Liberty is now under their control and too many innocent people already lost the life in this warfare. We would like to know what your terms of a future alliance are. Maybe you would like to hear more before. In this case I suggest you to contact in this channel the Admiral Linford. She will answer you. We can also organize a meeting in the Omicrons.

Guten abend,
Your understanding and willingness to heed my request is appreciated, Commander. Too often these days do I hear that requests for minor amendments are cast down, or ignored entirely. It is good to see that even in the colonies there are still those that don't back out when even mention of 'the order' graces their ears.
Anyway..
The troubles out here are well and truly far more than any intel report will likely state. The constant waves of Nomad entities, the hostilities between even human factions and the sheer amount of lethal environmental apparatus are a detriment to our forces, and would likely spell the demise of even a well-equipped patrol squadron should the right, or rather wrong, terms be applied. However, we do maintain a library of catalogues regarding the mapping of the Omicrons, and would be more than willing to process a transfer of information in exchange for authorization to operate within Liberty under Harmony's eye.
In regards to a condition of alliance, I would need to run this by Doctor Callahan, as I do not run this cell by myself. I personally would be more than open to the idea, as having a reliable force I can count on in a theatre of operations where the Nomads are known to operate actively is a boon I can't refuse. We will have to see, though.
Your Admiral will be more than welcome to message here about a potential alliance, and the terms therein, as will Doctor Callahan. Let this be the beginning of a very profitable relationship, Commander.
