Greetings esteemed Hansa representatives.

I have been instructed to advise you that the results of the initial conversations between Merchant Captain Tordai and your own President George Black have been received well by the rest of the League's Senior Staff. In recognition of this outcome it has been judged and found to be an acceptable measure to convey to the administration of Rothaar Huette a request for mooring rights for League vessels operating within the Bering system. Its neutral standing with the primary two belligerent parties present within Bering as well as its status as a nexus point of the Salvage trade, mark it as highly desirable in the League's eyes. To that we are willing to allocate several transports to help with its upkeep as a sign of good faith and a portent of greater things to come.
