It is the wishes of Her Majesty, Queen Carina the first, and Her Majesty's Government, that a team of the university be assigned to research into the element known formally as "Azurite Gas".

Her Majesty feels that it is necessary to find any dangers to the general populace, and any potential uses or benefits to House Bretonia. For that reason, it has been deemed necessary by Her Royal and Imperial Majesty, Queen Carina the First, and HM Government of the Kingdom of Bretonia that a commission be made for a dedicated team of the noble University of Cambridge to pool their resources for the research of this unknown substance, so that an informed decision can be made on the future legality of the aforementioned substance.
