I last received a sortie order to eliminate Union aligned vessels as dated in my last report. Since then there have been no calls for further sorties against Union vessels, I request an update on the current posturing of the Armee. Has the engagement goal been reached or the conflict resolved favorably?

Perhaps the question should have been directed to Director Leif Markward instead of me as the Spezialoperationsabteilung operations are not something I meddle in, but I will answer you nevertheless. Shortly after the order has been issued, we have received a message from the Alster Union that started the negotiations to restore peace between our faction. After a lengthy discussion, we have agreed on a price of their wrongdoings. That was more than a week ago and the Union still did not complete their part of the bargain.

Therefore, your orders have not been changed and will not change until the Union meets our demands. You are to continue your operations throughout Rheinland, intercept vessels of Alster Union and shoot them down with no prejudice. You are to instill fear in their minds and show them the Rote Hessen Armee is not keen on waiting. Violence is the only way to reach into their heads, make sure to deliver plenty of it.
