I am Directeur Alice Marie of the Council, you probably already know who I am so I'll just go ahead and ask.

While I understand arms made by either the Council or the Brigands are up for exchange and purchase at our own convenience, I need something a little bit... more. Honestly I don't see why I'm working around it, my ship wasn't designed by the Council, Brigands, Corse, or whatever other underworld group exists these days - I need the blueprints to retrofit the weapons to work with my ship. I might sound ridiculous, I'm no engineer after all, but hopefully we can come to good conclusion here oui?

Bonjour,

I'm called Eloise. I am one of the engineers over on Boulogne. Your request appears to have been filtered around a lot, and seems to have wound up over on my side. I can't say I've heard of you, but I am more than happy to try and help you if you're willing to pay. I can't say I've ever had the pleasure of working on a Gallic Lynx, all I've ever seen of one is in pieces. I have no idea if our weapons would even be compatible with the tech, but I imagine with enough jury rigging it'd work alright.

If you'd like to bring your ship over to Boulogne, I'd be more than willing to give it a look over and see what needs to be done. After that I could have some Brigand weapons specially adapted to work on the Lynx. That is, assuming it doesn't work right out the box. Would be a delight if it did though.
