Nerva Log - Entry #50398 Coronado
This was an interesting request, I have to admit it. Nevertheless, it cam from my old buddy PRIME Progenitor... erhm, wait... he did mention that PRIME is no longer around and that it had been assimilated. Erhm, yeah, well...
As promised a small drone was expecting my ship near Barrier Gate. Once we established contact we proceeded to our target destination. I did hear about this system some time ago, but I never had the time to actually visit it. Furthermore, going in alone would not have been such a good idea. Nevertheless, having the Progenitor with me did increase the chances of success.
Drake Jumphole
Nerva Log - Entry #50398 Drake
The view that I saw when I opened was both frightening and beautiful. If it weren't for the eerie feeling that I had while looking at the sheer number of nomad structures, I could even say that it looked peaceful.
Nerva Log - Entry #50398 Planet #1
The Progenitor suggested that we do a full system sweep, it was clear that he was looking for something. Nevertheless, we proceeded to the first celestial body.
Planet #XPF302
Planet Moros
Looks extremely similar like the planet in the Omicron Lost. Are they connected somehow? If yes, how did they get separated? The data is still processing, I guess we'll know more soon.
Nerva Log - Entry #50398 Planet #2
We proceeded to the next planet. Initial scans seem to indicate that there is nothing of value regarding this planet. Most like a cataclysmic event has completely sterilized it.
Nerva Log - Entry #50398 Planet #3
For some reason the other planet seemed to have underwent the same cataclysmic event. Was there something that happen at such a large scale that it affected and entire planetary system?
Nerva Log - Entry #50398 Planet #4
Alright then, this planet was the first one that was out of the extremely large asteroid field that was covering most of the system. This planet had, what it seemed, a icy surface. More information will follow after all the data has be analyzed.
Nerva Log - Entry #50398 Nomad Structures
Now comes the most interesting areas of the system, the Nomad structures that were spread around it. We've detected several nomad gates, and at least one had some sort of defenses installed. I will have to wait for the Progenitor's input on this part as I was not able to get that close to them as the Drone could.
Nerva Log - Entry #50398 Coronado
Just outside the Drake jumphole, we've detected a strangely shaped asteroid. At a close glance it would seem it seems to have once been part of a similar structure to the ones we have seen in Drake.
Nerva Log - Entry #50398 Final conclusions
Although these conclusions are based on the entire data we've collected, I highly doubt they will change that much. Once all the data has been processed and the Progenitor would have added his own input several other points might be added.
It would seem the Progenitor was interested in assessing the thread that this system might pose.
The number of Nomad structures present in the system is rather alarming. Especially since one of them seems to be party active.
I am really curios about the connection between Moros and the planet we've discovered here.
Alrighty then, it's getting kinda late and tomorrow I have to go back to Canaria and see if can help in any way. Another day, another interesting journey. Hopefully tomorrow will be at last as fun as today.

The Progenitor materialized in the virtual communication relay matrix, taking the shape of a fetureless human body with a glowing blue orb as a mouth.
"I have to say this detour was an interesting one."
He took a few moments to analyse the data collected by Nerva and proceeded to upload some additional information on the on the previously described objects. He tilted his head, as if he was thinking what other information that was of value could be added.
"I cannot find any information about the vessels we encountered in the system. They certainly were a big factor in my danger asessment. And while they might have not been too friendly one of the ship classes was quite interesting."
A rough 3d mesh recreation appeared next to the Progenitor, rotating slowly.
"While the majority of the vessel was human-like it had some organic elements, as well as materials and technologies used uncommon in human ships. Instead they are much more common in... well in vessels of AI origin."
The rotating 3d model disappeared and the Progenitor turned to face traight ahead.
"Accounting for that, the undeniable presence of Nomadic structures and the overall hostile enviroment we class the threat level of the system as low to medium. Feel free to notify me if you should go on a follow-up mission or a similar exploration endavour."
With that the virtual representation disappeared and the relay closed.
