To BAF command,

I promised the officer that I spoke with earlier this week that I would make contact and formally apologize for my intrusion into the New London system. My engineers recently installed a jump drive device and we were running a few tests. When our astronomical charts finally zero'd in on our location after the jump and realized where we were I felt it necessary to make contact with a member of your military and let them know of the accident and our situation. I am unsure as to if this is the proper channel to go about this, but again my apologies. I do not wish to make any political scenes. If you should need my assistance with anything in the future I would be glad to help as long as I am welcome In the system. I have a few smaller fighter vessels that would be able to assist in your defenses should you wish assistance. Also my hope is that the situation in Omega-49 can be resolved peacefully.
