Greetings to you all
I am contacting you all today with an unusual request. Doctor John Holiday, a person of interest to the Bretonian Police Authority currently wanted in connection with the nuclear detonation on Planet Gran Canaria has decided to contact us, offering to met with officers of the Bretonian Police on the condition that we hold the meeting on Planet Baden Baden, which is in your space.
I therefore request permission to enter Rheinland for the purposes of this meeting, I will be travelling alone and without the powers of arrest. I shall inform you all of the outcome of this meeting and if there is anything that pertains to your house.
Kind regards: John Steiner

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter Commissioner Steiner. My name is Laura Caspers and I am staatssekretärin of the Bundeskabinett Sekretariat.
Your request will be discussed by the government, but we will need a little more information. Precisely, for how long would you like to get permission to enter Rheinland and what ship you plan to use to during travel in our space?

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter Commissioner Steiner.
If you will be travelling in Rheinland via commercial liners, then you do not need any permission. By Rheinland laws, only foreign police, military and intelligence agency spaceships need permission to enter Rheinland space, not members of mentioned organizations. Despite you will visit the Bundesrepublik as part of your investigation, as long as you will abide Rheinland laws and do not engage in any law enforcement activity yourself, you can stay in Rheinland as any other legal foreign visitor. But we appreciate that you notified us and sent this request and we will welcome any provided information relevant to our house.

Greetings to you all
In keeping with our agreement to share any information with the Rheinland Government should I deem it necessary. I would like to direct your attention to this report that outlines the events of my meeting. As you can see, Doctor Holiday has confessed to Murder. I have since left Rheinland without arresting him as my authority obviously does not extend into Rheinland. I would ask that if he is found within Rheinland borders, a swift message to the BPA as well as extradition would be greatly appreciated.
Failing that however, I believe you should know what was said at the meeting regardless of your decision. I thank you for allowing me to travel to your House to get to the bottom of this matter.
Kind regards: John Steiner
