PSA: /refresh Command / Inactivity Wipe Prevention

It was brought to my attention that a lot of people don't know about this newly added command. Using this on a ship will reset the login timestamps for all ships on an account, saving time when logging your ships to prevent them being activity wiped.

A small bug: For some reason it will fail on occasion, simply giving you some random Chinese in response. If this happens, refresh the ship manually by selling something on the ship, or by trying the command on another ship on the account. The cause is still under investigation.

Considering reaching over 3 years of playing, It was absolutely infurating when i went on hiatus since it took me about half an hour to 45 minutes to refresh all my accounts. Thank you for finally making a command to solve this.
