Given our new relationship and your own long standing relationship with the RHA, we feel it is necessary to inform you of recent events in Omega-3, no doubt you will have been told by your own sources what is currently going on. However we believe that, given your interesting position, the following documents (from both the BAF & SIS) will be of interest to you.
From: Premier Mehmed Selim.
Security Encryption: High Message transmitted to SIS Director Weber.

These reports are quite informative, but a bit unsurprising with our own monitoring of the situation in Omega-3. Honestly, though, at this point, with the massive political dust storm Bretonia's armed forces have managed to kick up, it is turning into little short of a mass-scale crisis depriving a lot of resources from the wrong people, and perhaps, playing ultimately into the hands of the real threats.
Simple things first, I figure. Again, it's not a surprise that the agents of Tyrant Charles are consorting with elements who have aligned against his primary target. No secret to anyone, since the Guild's installations in Tau have been languishing under the supposedly "enlightened" Gallic chains for years at this point, and now that they have a valid reason to go behind the lines, they've done so. I will have to give it some more thought, though, while this is likely just opportunism, it does raise some questions about the Guild.
As for the other elements, well, my gut as someone with both military and political experience just screams "mess" as you put it. Yet again, though, I think that is still quite a light phrasing for what has actually transpired. It seems desperation is quite the motivator, no matter whose side is desperate. That, and the power of hubris.
Things are becoming uncomfortable, verging on the point of being untenable. From your perspective, I hope you have a plan to close this front you have opened. I think you will catch onto the phrasing when I say it is not particularly... popular, in the perspective of the Red.
Canaria, or Holland as you had designated it, was negotiable. Aland is beginning to look like a bridge too far. If our present treaty arrangements are to hold up, this is a fire that needs to be decisively quenched, or abandoned before the fire reaches the ends of that bridge.
You've been quite forthcoming so far, Director. Time is of the essence, here.
On orders of the Director I have been instructed to grant you access to the following image captured by our forces in Omega-3. As you can see, we have already made significant progress. This will all be over soon.
