I will keep everything short, as time is of the essence. I am Helmut Weinstein, Director of ALG Division V. We require personnel experienced in architectural engineering at Wuppertal Refinery now. The station is open to docking, there will not be any difficulties, discounting the unimpressive cafeteria choices at the station.
These people must be familiar with station deconstruction and reconstruction and be willing to work under unfamiliar circumstances.
We cannot reveal any further information at this time. Send the personnel, and they will most certainly be adequately compensated.
Regards,
Helmut Weinstein

I understand your corporation has hit a bit of a road bump in terms of the political madness that was the Omega-3 incident. No matter though, rest assured a handful of our best and brightest are en-route to Wuppertal Refinery as of the transmitting of this message.
I should note however, these men have strict orders, if anything happens with the Rheinland Government they will surrender immediately, close as we maybe EFL has its own relations to balance. I am not about to risk the lives of my men and the reputation of my corporation if you have indeed moved to assist a terrorist organization.
Nonetheless, expect my men and a few small tug craft to assist in whatever deconstruction operations you may be performing.
Your men and women have been received at Wuppertal, and we have given them the necessary instructions. In the meantime, we ask of you to inquire to the Crown about the feasibility of moving the refinery, component by component, into Gallic space one system away. At this current time, it not a plan that we intend to enact, but we must be prepared for it on the shortest of notices. We will have to compensate on credit at the moment due to our asset freeze, but if direct payment is required we can draw upon our direct funds..

Helmut Weinstein
