The initial issues with the communication have made quite a pleasing turn. A month ago, I was certain the Alster Union will force us to look for defensive solutions elsewhere, but here we are. The Alster Union completing construction of the very first capital asset of the Cohort. We will not forget this day, nor what you did for us.

I am en-route to Pacifica as we speak, with a handful of pilots and engineers that will inspect the ship and assume command of it once the formalities have been concluded. After all, this is not the end of this story... It's just a beginning. And we have no time to waste.

Though, the question of payment still stands. I have not received a clear word from Arbeitsdirektor Frei, nor did I expect one until the construction has been completed, and a recapitulation was taken care of. I am aware that nothing comes free of charge, and that manpower and materials are expensive commodities. So... How much did this cost us? And where do we transfer the funds?
