The Inner Phalanx is seeking to obtain rights on behalf of the Covenant's Research department, for the ability to deploy a team to the surrounding graveyard at Aland. This request is following a report we received from a field operative in the area who had taken the liberty to inquire about salvage rights. In light of the events that have led to the capture of the station, the agent deemed it necessary to obtain permission before launching an operation. We have agreed.
As such, we are seeking to deploy three engineering teams in Repair ships and a freighter under escort by the Ixion to the area to begin assessing the salvage potential of the surrounding remains. Depending on the results, an offer of monetary compensation for the removal of anything we deem valuable will be put forward as the operative had suggested.
If this is acceptable, the teams will depart forthwith.
If I remember correctly, my assurance was for one wreck only, not the surrounding fighters, and I allowed the right for you to inspect it, not take it anywhere.
In anycase, there seems to have been a small amount of trickery in the BAF that I was not aware of when I granted you permission to inspect the wreck. The R&D branch of the Armed Forces has seen fit to begin removing the wrecks already, You have my most sincere apologies for my unintentional and misleading conversation. Any further request must go to them I'm afraid.
Deepest regrets:

Good day, Auxesia.
I am Captain William Briggson of the Technology & Grants department of the Armed Forces. As the esteemed Fleet Admiral mentioned, albeit without trickery, the Armed Forces has already begun cataloging, securing and moving any repairable and material worthy wrecks around Aland since the 27th of the past month.
As such, all wrecks are already secured and scheduled for salvaging in Aland proper, meaning your request is denied.
