"What do you do, when there is an evil you cannot defeat by just means? You must needs become the greater evil." Battlegroup Commander Natsumi Hideyoshi, The Order Overwatch
Konnichiwa, Crayterians. We have not spoken too much as of late - especially after the unfortunate death of my Uncle, Admiral Jeremy Hunter, who I am told was your chief contact.
My name is Natsumi Hideyoshi, Commanding officer of the Order's Fourth Battlegroup - Last Scion. Currently in our possession is an asset dubbed Standard-bearer. This asset is well known to Crayter. At one point it flew under the name Eglantine and was last heard from nearly four years ago. Being in disrepair, we have been diligently repairing it over time, as best as we can, but we lack a few parts. As such, I reach out to you in hopes we can procure such parts.
An agent under my command - I shall call him Martyr - Informs me that the Battleship Oblique was stationed in Tau-44 to hold the system before it's...change of hands. Being that it was holding a system far from home, any minor repairs needed to be done in haste. As such, replacement parts would have been stored on board Minato Harbor, in orbit of Planet Borneo. After Minato Harbor was retaken due to the Oblique's defection, what became of any spare parts to be used by the Oblique's battlegroup, and if they still reside in Crayterian hands - may I have them? They would go a long way to finishing the repairs on Standard-bearer, and allow us to bring a new vessel into service against the Nomads.
I await your response.
That is all.

I believe you may be a little misinformed. Yes, Oblique were getting themselves repair materials of course. However, before the change of hands and the short time Oblique defected, Minato was under Royal Navy control still. Which Oblique no more had access. However, of course logic dictates that GRN vessels far from any shipyard garrisoned at Tau 44 had to get their materials somewhere. Minato was capable of small scale repairs, given it's nature. While I do not know to what extent we posess gallic-origin materials aboard Minato, I am certain it can at least partially cover your efforts. You would better seeking assistance of The Council rather than us, when it comes to Gallic tech, as we do not operate any Gallic origin ship or weapon as of now, save for a partially retrofitted Agama. We will spare what we can spare for you nonetheless.

Agent Omega.
Thank you. While you are right to direct us to the Council for full Gallic tech, we need parts that are not common for the Council. Such parts would have been left on Minato during the occupation of Tau-44.
As sich. An Order vessel will be dispatched to search the relevant storage sections and we will take what we need. As most of the parts we need are useless to the Council at the time, I doubt they would waste time with it.
Your cooperation is appreciated. Please inform us if we can render our services to Crayter.
That is all.
