The government would like to use this opportunity to discuss the possibility to acquire some of your technology as well because the representative of the Rheinland military in the National Security Council expressed interest in it during the discussion about the mentioned request. Specifically, they would like to obtain three Marlin class very heavy fighters for the purpose of evaluation and comparison to the technology of our own due to gut reputation of Marlins. Thus we would like to know if this would be possible.
My name is Valerian Aion, associate of the APM under Director Hammond, currently in charge of managing several organization assets and communications. I will be your person of contact within the APM and will be representing its interests.
I have been briefed on your request and I'll have to bring up that a deal has been already been struck for an exchange of ships and technology between The Core and the Rheinland lawfuls by the former Core Guildmaster in this document: RM - Hardware Requisition
As agreed, The Core will supply you with several ships to be used by the Rheinland lawful organizations. You have requested 3 Marlins, however we are prepared to offer you more than that, in hopes of further strengthening our relationship:
3 Marlin Very Heavy Fighters
2 Steelhead Bombers
1 Sturgeon Gunship
1 Pleco Gunboat
2 Skipjack Heavy Fighters
These would obviously need to be accounted for by providing proper ship identification so we can add them to the authorized APM list, as we have done with the rheinlander vessels we have requisitioned. After providing proper identification for the ships you may pick them up from our manufacturing stations at any point.
Furthermore we would like to request 1 (one) 288-ARKM-B20 "Kaiser" Rheinland Mining Ship that we can adapt and use for Iridium mining in the Delta sector. The constant hostile threats and deep mining would make a sturdy and high energy ship like the Kaiser a great addition to our mining operations.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrte Supreme Guildmaster Archos and Herr Aion. I apologize for the delay, a lot of events is happening these days and require the attention of the government.
The Rheinland government appreciates your generous offer, we are even not sure if our side will use it fully at this moment. Not that there is anything wrong with your ships, but as my military advisor explained to me, the use of non-Rheinland ships may bring some complications in the service related to the availability of spare parts and specially trained personnel for maintenance. But I will leave this to representatives of the Rheinwehr, the Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts and the Bundespolizei which will be given access to this channel to inform you about what ships they will take and what their identification will be.
Regarding the Kaiser class mining ship, we have no issue with providing it, considering it is not even considered as restricted technology by the Rheinland laws. You can pick it up at the distribution centre on planet Hamburg or contact Republican Shipping as a manufacturer for direct delivery, alternatively Daumann Heavy Construction or Krüger Mineralien could serve as a subcontractor for this task.
The required additional Fafnir class bomber was approved already and the respective Core officer was informed about it. The only condition is that the pilot is not allowed to enter the territory of the Kusari Empire with the ship. We hope you understand that due to the current state of war between our two houses, we do not wish the presence of military grade technology in an area where our enemy could easily seize it intact and gather key information about it. Speaking of it, we rather want to state clearly that the same condition applies to previously provided ships as well. We know that those were requested for deployment in Omegas so far from Kusari, but we want to avoid any incidents coming from misunderstanding based on assumptions.

Given call-signs have been registered in the approved AP line ships. We hope they will be put to good use in the hands of your well-known pilots. Registered vessels have been marked as assets of the Rheinland Military to be used in defense of the Rheinland territory, so, just as you asked The Core not to use Rheinlander technology within kusari, the same way I have to ask you to keep Core technology out of the war we want no part in.
