Gaian's I hope this message reaches you as I am sure you are busy with the ongoing conflict(s) in Bretonia.
The other day I approached one of your ship's (WV-Rattlesnake) on behalf of employers; and inquired as to the current political situation between the Corsairs and the Gaians.
I was not authorized to reveal any details at the time, but after relaying my conversation and opinions to my employers; they have authorized me to provide some clarity.
My employers are: Angry with the current Corsair Elders and their leadership or lack their of. This includes both the Custodi for their submissiveness to the Gallics in the name of profit and the Corsair Brotherhood for being spinelessness and failing to actively stand up to the Custodi all the while obsessing over the Omegas blind to the truth of the matters.
Because of the Corsairs an their "alliance" with the Gallics, my employers believe they are indirectly responsible, yet fully culpable, for the invasion and deaths that occurred on Gran Canaria. Any fool can see that the harder the Gallics push.... the deeper the Bretonians will fall back into the Omegas.... GC was not the only move as one can easily see this in regards to Omega 3. Thus, my employers wish to counter the Corsair alliance with Gallia; to help return the "balance", so to speak, to Bretonia and the Omegas.
Dangerous thoughts indeed, hence why my employers have secured my services. I am their Agent. I speak for them..... I listen for them.
My employers do not know what they are going to do. Perhaps there is nothing they can do. The Corsairs are mighty and going against them would my leave employers with no where to go surrounded by enemies. The only certainty is that neutrality and moderation can not continue. So the options for my employers are binary: Resist and fight, or lay down and accept the hand they have been dealt.
To resist and to fight... that would require the proper political atmosphere and help. My inquiries are just the first step in gauging the situation for my employers. As I said, my employers don't know what they are going to do... At worst nothing and the Gaians loose nothing.
