To who it may concern,

My name is Rick Tiltman, Arbiter of the Junker's Congress, one of the two most influential Junker organizations in Sirius. The NeuralNet has been abuzz with your organization having popped up within Gallia. That has certainly caught my attention, since Gallia first was revealed to Sirius we have been trying our luck with different organizations with in Gallia to cooperate with. Unfortunately it seems more of the entities in Gallia are more interested in their own internal conflicts rather then trying to connect to Sirius' thriving markets. From what I have read of the Unione they seem more promising and certainly understand the power of a Credit.

My knowledge of your organization is limited to say the least so whether you'll respond to this with a declaration of war, or with a mutual handshake, I don't know. In my line of work I find being direct with people is the best way to get good business.

How you struggle to find contacts within Gallia is most bemusing to say the least. The house and its people are not so insular as you put it, I am sure the expanding war fronts into Bretonia and towards Liberty can account for references. While you attempt to be direct it is quite the hoot that you show you haven't even cared to look into our families, our causes, or any of the such. Yet here you are extending a hand towards your unknown. How very thoughtful of you.

Now then, you have sent your trifle message. What, pray, do you want from us? You have not named anything of worth; no demands, no offerings, not even a dove in a basket donned with a blue ribbon. So far, it seems you do not wish for much. Please respond whenever you figure out your heart's desires for us selfish, self-fighting selves.
