My DockMaster on Rochester base informed me of a situation where our installations structural integrity was threatened by the captain of an Outcast Dreadnought. Under duress he was granted permissions to moor and board the station. After the recent string of events similar to this I have informed the DockMaster to contact me directly if anything of this nature happens again. Rest assured, this will not be happening again and we will be dealing with this promptly. We will be stationing a few Volunteer Bomber Wings to hopefully deter any other would be threats from approaching our station.

It seems you forgot to mention some crucial details in this report, What is the vessels name, which station did he dock, and has your Dockmaster been fired for breaking the Law of Liberty, was there time to inform The Liberty Navy or Liberty Security Force so we could come and deal with the situation? I am very concerned that an Outcast Battleship was able to take refuge on a Junker installation, this is not the first time something of this magnitude has happened. If this problem cannot be put under control the Liberty Security Force will take measures to ensure that it does.

Unfortunately the DockMaster was able to send the alert to me only before being caught doing so by the outcast Captain and then brutally murdered. So no, Sr.Agent Ferocity, Mrs.Kimberly Ward was unable to be tried for breaking the Laws of Liberty. If you would like to find her body it is drifting somewhere in the New Jersey Debris field, as is Junker burial custom.
We at the Congress are fed up with the Outcasts using our installations in this manner. I would also like to clarify that I did mention the base in question, Rochester. Rest assured, we are dealing with the situation.
