Your installation is in violation of Liberty laws, section two, subsection one:

I. Base Licenses.

Due to the high interest of individuals and groups wishing to set up their own private installations within the Republic of Liberty, we have decided to introduce a licensing procedure for these bases.

In order to legally register a base in the Republic of Liberty, it is required that the owner lease the part of space that the base will occupy for the duration of its existence. The following lease plans and their fees are possible:
• 50.000.000 per month
• 500.000.000 per year
• 1.500.000.000 one-time

Further conditions:

As you are leasing space from the Republic of Liberty, we must be provided with the location of your installation. This can be done privately to The Republic of Liberty, and will be kept secret if required to respect its potential sensitivity

Now that we have that out of the way, you have two options:

First, you pay a fine of ten million (10,000,000) credits to 5th|Bank and then register your base here.

Second, you don't pay, and then I dispatch a small battlegroup to deconstruct your installation.
