I. Konbanwa High Command of the Kusari Naval Forces. Let me introduce myself to you, before starting anything. I'm High Lord Admiral Suzume Nagasawa of the Kempeitai, to be more precise, first leader of our agency service. Recently the Kempeitai has done numerous changes, and we would like to apologize for that. One thing is good in all of this, that we are now greater than we've ever been.

II. Thing that I would like to let you know now is this unknown installation really close to Planet Kyushu. We are not aware if you know for this, nor we were told about this installation. Seeing that this installation is not fully repaired, it was probably built few days ago. As I said, we were not told about this base, so we will firstly ask you before taking any actions. We would just like to know if you got knowledge of this installation that is, did you give them permission to construct it and other. This base is identified as Hoshizora_Travel_Company.

This Kempeitai cell is ready to assist you if something bad occurs. Please let us know as soon as possible, since we don't feel right with this unknown base next to one of our Planets.
