Description

| By altering technology used in cloak disruption fields we were able to change the pulse frequency and create a cruise disruption field generator. This platform pulsates every several seconds, each pulse sending a wave of disruptive energy that temporarily inhibits the activation of cruise engines.

| The pulse frequency varies, but the maximum interval between pulses is smaller than the time needed for a ship's engine to perform a complete reset. Thus, while present in the area of effect of the disruptor pulse, all ships will be instantly incapacitated.

| After intensive testing and sensitivity adjustments, the first batch of disruptors is ready to deployed.
