I bid good day to you, ladies and gentleman.

As i believe we did not have the pleasure of acquaintance yet - i will introduce myself. I am Kirigiri Kyoko, the current Guildmaster of the Independent Miners Guild.
The reason i am contacting you about is concerning the pre-war agreement christened as Treaty of Curacao. As per the Article 4, Clause 1 of it the Republic of Liberty had a remarkable intention of repairing whatever damage was done to it and reinstating The Guild as it's rightful administration. Now, that the end of the war is drawing near - i would like to know if the Republic is prone to uphold it's word? We have the intention to rebuild the Freeport and our only concerns are your agreement and the prolonged safety of the Freeport from the incrusion of the Kingdom of Bretonia. This have happened in the past and we beware of a possible repetition of aggression from it's side.
Unarguably, we are going to follow our part of the Treaty to the last letter.
