We have made contact with the local groups in our area to ascertain their views towards the Bering Bereft, and use them if necessary to further our interests. We are also building up control over the military salvage zone, once we have a stronger hold on it then we shall begin our own mining operation for your supply.

I urge that no Coalition vessels enter this system until further word is given, as this may damage our negotiations with the local parties if they suspect your involvement.

Liberty Separatists: Partnership rejected - currently neutral

This would have given us a quick foothold in the system and a swift takeover of FP2, however an ongoing relationship would not have been possible and so this may have had damaging repercussions if successful

Unioners: Neutraility suggested - currently hostile

A ceasefire agreement will enable us to target the residents of FP2, gain control of the mining area and keep a watch on the Unioner patrols. Currently we are spending time in regular defense against their patrols

Xenos - Partnership accepted

We do not have the force to take FP2 by ourselves, having an ally here will provide the strength needed to gain our first objective. Once this is acheived the partnership can be quietly anulled

If the Unioners do not agree to a ceasefire then we may need additional support in order to strengthen our position, but we should be able to resolve this independently.

So, in first I'm, as well as all diplomacy corpus of Coalition intrigued..who are you? You didn't introduced your group yet.

In second, your list of contacts pretty interesting and almost all entities in it is hostile to Sirius Coalition. Huh, as everybody in Liberty anyway.

Regarding Military Salvage. We will be pretty glad to organise supplies of it in New Moscow. But considering you as unknown for us, and your unwilling to advertise relations with Sirius Coalition, we could think about round ways. If you interesting to start trade with us in future, contact the Volgograd Industries. They are experienced in logistic, and some border relations could set ground for future.

I know that your agreement with our group, the Bering Bereft, is being kept under wraps but I am surprised that it hasn't filtered through to your department. The fact that it hasn't makes me slightly wary on how much more to tell you beyond what has already been said.

However I must reiterate that we urge that no Coalition vessels - this includes the Volgograd Industries - enter Bering until further word is given. Once the situation here is stabilised then there will be more than enough Salvage available to collect.

I'll provide a further progress update here, as I was instructed, when I have more news.
