It took me a while to find my way to Magellan aswell as Cortez, but I finally made it and got the data you needed. It was quite difficult to find the spot in Cortez, but Magellan contains almost unlimited places for your idea. I've linked some coordinates, so you can check it out. There's no report of any hostile patrols around, and due to the Gallics retreating from the systems, we got one problem less to worry about.
