Greetings comrades, I am Gregor Tykovkin, commandant of the Rostock station, and I want to offer you the opportunity to make money and some connections with the Coalition.
I know that at least some of your ships are hosted on Freeport 11.
But of course, I am interested in the opportunity to trade with you, or rather, the ability to purchase Iridium Ore from you.
Although the main purpose of your stay there is protection from the threat of Nomads, I hope that you will be interested in the possibility of receiving money.
In the future, if we come to an agreement, our ships in this sector could help for operations to destroy the Nomads and maybe in other projects.
I will be waiting for your reply and I hope that we can reach an agreement.
Melissa is standing at the main window of the Administration office, looking out at the Palau cloud. She turns to look at the camera, a slightly confused expression on her face before she smiles in a friendly manner and speaks in a clear and friendly tone.
"Coalition... Haven't had much contact with you guys for a while, other than a few passing commercial convoys and a few scouting patrols. Anyway, forgive me, were are my manners. I'm Melissa Jones, the one in charge of Velvet and administrator of Freeport 11. So, regarding Iridium Ore, we are more than happy to assist with this request, however, the terms you're coming ahead with, aren't really what we would be after.
See, as far as fighting the nomads goes, we are more than capable alongside our allies to deal with this. However, the greatest way that the Coalition as a whole can assist us, would be to allow us access to a single one of your very capable war vessels.
Our terms, we will gladly assist with Iridum mining, and we won't ask anymore than absolute minimum cost, if any. In return, you give us one of your vessels. We would be looking at a Typhoon. We understand it's strength and capability. And lets just say, when it comes to the survival of humanity as a whole, our enemies will eventually become your enemies. However, rest assured, we will be able to use this as an opportunity to work alongside each other as a more permanent arrangement. Such an arrangement would be a more logistical one, meaning supplies, tactical information and the teaching of how to combat the Nomads, should you be interested. Knowledge shared after all, would only benefit the Coalition in greater regards against even human enemies, should you wish to use the training for that.
Not to mention, one of those vessels would be incredibly powerful to use versus mankind's greatest enemies. And, would be a lot more beneficial in the hads of
Now, we get that this is a big ask, but... We cannot stress the true value and capabilities that Iridium really possesses. Now, let me know if these re-arranged terms seem fair. Again, the uses of Iridium are beyond that of any other metal. It's strength is by far the most capable that we have ever seen.
We also may have some information that may be of interest to the Coalition as well. We will let you know. Until then, that can wait until we come to a fair and amicable agreement here."
She bows her head in respect as the transmission begins to close down.

Your conditions are acceptable.
But even though I was appointed to my post by the High Commissioner of the Coalition’s Ministry of Truth, I’ll need to submit a request for the ship.
Ship transfer, decommissioning and repair is a lot of paperwork.
I would not be Tukovkin if I did not know how to get around our bureaucratic system.
I will personally contact the Minister and submit him a request to consider the possibility of allocating a ship.
We have not a bad relationship with him, maybe he is even like a father to me.
I think the approval of my proposal will be beneficial to the people of the Coalition!
As for the war with alien trash, I did not try to humiliate you or downplay the great achievements that such a courageous woman like you achieve.
And I think you could hear about the tensions between the Coalition and Kore
My offer of assistance was more about being able to operate Coalitions outside the freeport area.
Of course, although the influence of nomads in Omega is less than in Omicrons, we can ensure the safety of your ships that fly there and although they are not frequent guests, I think this is a small but pleasant bonus.
I know that beautiful women value their time, so as soon as I receive news from the Minister and New Moscow, I will give the final decision to you.

In a direct line with the Minister, I discussed possible options for the development of this proposal.
But he, as a person who is more familiar with the tops of our military machine commands, said that they would not approve of such a transfer.
Therefore, if you do not agree to conclude an agreement on the extraction of ore without transferring the cruiser, then I will understand everything and will not bother you further.
Standing at the edge of the administrators table, Melissa sits on the desk, she looks out the Palau cloud and then reverts her faze to the camera.
"Mr. Tykovkin, the Coalition are free to operate from our end within the Delta system, but we advise strongly against any expeditions into the Nomad worlds. Such trips should not be done without training. We will be happy to supply any training needed as stated previously.
Your tensions with the Core are something that we would not be involved with, as I'm sure you understand, our position within the Delta system is primarily the safety of Freeport 11, along with the extermination of the Nomads and their influence.
Your transports are free to come and go, and we will gladly assist with Iridium at the standard rate, which our pilots can agree with you in space.
As far as our operations in the Omega systems, we tend to operate either covertly, or as open security personnel for the Freeports. "
She bows her head in respect as the transmission begins to close down.
Melissa stands next to the window, looking at the request and she chuckles. A smile on her face as she speaks in a friendly manner.
"You know, we're used to dealing with a couple of transports here and there... One hundred and forty thousand units of ore isn't exactly a small ask. We will gladly assist with our flat rate of two thousand five hundred credits per item. Now, due to your standing with Core, we cannot guarantee your safety, and there is no way we will compromise our own position by firing on Core. We can however, guarantee your safety from Nomads and their cohorts. Now, unless there is something you can offer us to reduce this price, it will stay fixed at our standard rate.
For clarification, we will happily mine at our standard rate of 2,500 credits per ore for you, but cannot do any supplying due to lack of access."
She bows her head in respect as the transmission begins to close down.

This price is acceptable, and all Velvets have access to my station.
Previously, I collaborated with one zoner and he was from Velvet, I am extremely confident in this.
But I didn’t remember his name or the name of the ship because I issued permission for access to the station after a personal conversation with him and he definitely took this opportunity.
And this is why I asked if you knew the coordinates of the Rostok station.
The necessary amount of money to pay for all 140 000 stations has.
And since we now have a problem with the staff, we will be able to export ore ourselves only in a few days.
Perhaps you may be interested in Volgograd Ordinance, we get it in certain standards, but I could request a larger quantity and sell it to you, but it will be risky.
