Upon our last meeting, I've set up Project Lazarus. For subjects, I was able to gather about three dozen, who are willing to risk it.
Here's a top five, who'd make ideal phase one subjects.

Alexa Hawthorne: Age: 20, Severe wounds, multiple dead or dying internal organs, thus a priority.
John O'hara: Age: 33, 91% of body and limbs are covered in 2nd and 3rd degree burns.
Harry Holst: Age: 14, Muscle disease.
Mary Porter: Age, 47, Terminal lung cancer
Clyde Hawuti: Age, 22, Paralyzed from broken spine.

These are the first volunteers, all agreed to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The department already began to plan the interface, and the Cryer specialist are on their way. The project needs your word to start, other than that, we're ready.

Mr. Hyde:

Thank you for your efforts. Considering the preparations have been taken care of, I will give the project a go. The new prototypes will be pushed back until we have the first results. The Navy and Police have yet to be informed. I want the safety measures to be checked twice and your team to be extremely cautious, our public image will be affected by how the plan works out. I will check the laboratory regularly.
