I've been coming to terms with the situation since our meeting some days ago. But, naturally, that's not what I'm taking advantage of your direct communique box for, since, government change in the Coalition or not, the Hessian leadership doesn't take too kindly, as I recall, to messages bypassing the usual channels. Anyway.
There was an exchange of hardware ongoing. As thumbing through these communiques will show, most of the equipment made it through with the notable exception of certain ship hulls intended as test beds for integration.
Given the plans afoot, however, it might be best if these materials are tested not in the labs, but against our common enemies. My end will be ready to do its part to this end, should you be willing to provide verification on these outstanding deals.

My engineers have exported the test bed for capital-grade equipment tests and will have it ready for... vigorous field testing within the Rheinland theater, and likely beyond. The justice it delivers may, by nature, be blind, but we can direct it towards the people who need more of that.
