Any deliberate or otherwise location triangulation method successfully employed against anonymous transmissions will receive either a one billion credit reward or immediate incarceration dependent upon disclosure and motive. The revanchist council requests that Arbeiters do not squander valuable neuralnet bandwith on the consumption of CNS articles, adult content, or gambling, and advise that the relevant arbeiters employ public terminals for such use, rather than the secure line. Communal enforcement may differ between Reichsarbeitergesellschaft der Alsterian and Landwirtrechbewegung cells. The Union reminds Arbeiters that "trolling" is not an acceptable standard of political debate, unless aimed at capitalists, fascists, militarists, etc, who lack the neurological prerequisites to engage in such discourse. Southern Unioners are encouraged to remember that the average Unioner's literary age is roughly analogous to a twelve year old on PCP, and are encouraged to avoid engaging in difficult subjects, and are suggested to stick to familiar subjects, such as the market value of cardamine, bundschuh-based footwear puns, and the general terrible quality of life aboard wedel mining station.

Have a glorious day, Comrade user. - Unity, your resident Neuralnet VI.

The labour direktor of the Syndicate Leagues - a motley collection of influential Unioner cells, along with a few scattered LWB elements who hadn't realised that their movement was done for - had the vein on his right temple a little more prominent today.

"È un peccato che le circostanze degli uomini ci portino a una discussione seria."

Corin's Italian is slightly rusty. Perhaps it was selected to keep the Cretian accent out of his spanish.

"Sirs. I won't disrespect you by mincing for prestige with you, or your bosses. The Outcast Council is made of men more intelligent than me and harder in rhetoric."

"I'm here because a Liga-protected Unioner captain did not show our best today. In the Union, what answers for one of us, must be answered by everybody. We are in the wrong. You know it, I know it. I would enjoy the oppertunity to bury the matter under a case of whiskey, but first, justice."

"A transport of one of the Beringia cells, the specific cell I'm currently being lobbied not to disclose by the... shortsighted reactionaries who are backing him to the hilt, has broken Maltese law. The Unioners are rather well known for breaking laws, it is, after all, what we're famous for. Unfortunately craftsmen like to drag their work into all parts of life. A transport captain broke maltese territory and tried to make an independent sale to a willing buyer aboard your Valetta shipyard. Apparently he believed he could do this without raising the ire of Cartel local forces. Apparently that which works against the federal police doesn't work against the masters of their own domain."

"Even if he had gotten away with the scam, I still would have to clean up after him. You'll be... understandably frustrated... to hear that Unioner law will not allow me to simply extradite the captain to Malta to face the judgement he deserves by your own people as I cannot override the advocates of his own verdamnt cell. I've tried to do so. That's the cost of presidium of equals. What I can do within the limits of my authority is deliver a cargo of Thorium MOX to Malta, collectable from the closest freeport of Malta's choice, for collection by the Cartel. There's no finer fission fuel in the sector, and it is not readily available within the Omicrons. We will also wire Malta the full profit of that cargo, too. "

"Whilst I might not be able to punish the man judicially, be assured, Councilmen, the captain will be made miserable for his actions. As far as the Direktorate sees this man, he endangered his fellow Unioners for money. We don't take to misers here, even the successful ones."

"If he ever breaks into Maltese space again without a lift of the embargo, you may consider it my tacit permission to put the man's Maltaphillia to use on a plantation."
"

You cannot cut off the tongue, of a man who speaks through his acts.

Sender: Daniel de Motti, CIO
Recipient: Corin Frei, Arbeitsdirektor.
Subject: RE: Territorial violations.

Video transmission starts with the image of senor de Motti sitting in a big comfortable chair made of black leather in his office in his personal villa. The room itself is dark enough to avoid showing anything, but the man himself. Holding a cardamine cigar in his left hand and the glass of good strong whiskey in another, he threw a glance at the camera and took relaxed pose, however experienced observer might notice, that this relaxation was a mere mask above the man ready for action.

After reading the transmission, Daniel frowned for a second, before putting the mask of relaxation and self-confidence back. He nodded and started speaking with cold, yet not aggressive tone.

Senor Frei,

My name is Daniel de Motti and I represent Cuatroce Intelligence Commission, so I'm not surprised that this transmission dropped on my table, though with a huge delay, due to mistake in recipient name - it is Cuatroce, not Cucatroce.

He smirked for a second, looking at something at the right side, before continuing his speech

But allas, we all are human beings and it is natural for us to make mistakes - be it making a typo in recipient name or showing disrespect in our space. The difference is the price of the mistake. But today is a good day for you and the Union, senor Frei. Respect, the ability to admit your mistakes, honor and seeking for a diplomatic solutions before making loud statements are the qualities that we appreciate. I bow my head in front of you, senor Frei, I'm not much of a compliment, but you managed to show these qualities today,

Daniel smiled again, but this time his smile was more realistic. He slightly nodded his head, before continuing.

While I appreciate your diplomatic skills, I don't appreciate the actions of the captain in question. We are not looking for vengeance against the Union and person in question though, I believe, that he is going to regret about his actions anyway. We don't care if it's not coming from our hands, but I ask you to keep this man in position. Simply because I can be sure, that he will keep himself and his ship away from doing this again for a very-very long time. After getting bitten once, he won't try to mock the snake again. You can consider this situation to be resolved, senor Frei, but there is something else I need to tell you.

We have no ill feelings towards the Union even after this accident, but we need to keep the face and we want something in return. Credits? There is no enough credits, but we are not striving for them today. The fuel? Our engines use other fuel sources. But there is a commodity, which always will be favorable on Malta.

It's people.

We heard a lot of stories about the war going on in Rheinland, between lawfuls, unlawfuls and literally everyone. Rheinland surely looks like a hive of triggered wasps right now, don't you think? And there is one thing war always brings - prisoners. Many of them, on all sides. I bet you've got some of them as well? Yes? Good. Now we can talk business.

We are interested in getting some of them, but please, keep patient and listen to me to the end. The most of Sirius sector for some reason portraits us as some kind of Feudalistic slavers, which is disgusting for you and me. If you care to take a look at the regulation on slavery on Malta, you will see, that each prisoner is actually protected by the laws - they have some obligations, but also a lot of rights. Something, which not every prisoner in Rheinland can dream of. We treat them, as people, not some goods you can sell and buy on everyday market. You waste your resources and risks on them, while we offer you to put them in better use. Bringing us those people would be a good payment for us, closing our eyes on this little accident.

I know, that your political agenda might not approve this, but we are talking about people, who would slaughter every unioner or even our own brethren without giving it the second thought, yet at the same time we treat them as more or less equal to us. Think about this offer, senor Frei, it's a clear win-win for both sides.

However, should you decline, we won't have any ill thoughts towards you, but there will have debt for your side. Probably one of our research groups will ask something, probably we will decide that we want the money, who knows.

That should be the end for today. Just be sure, that accidents like these won't happen again anytime soon, please? Otherwise someone more radical will answer your transmissions and you are not going to enjoy the answer.

Now your turn,

Daniel took a good sip from his glass of whiskey, before placing it back at the coffee table near with his chair. He saluted the Unioner with his right hand and turned off the video transmission.

Chief Intelligence Officer
