Your Majesty:

I and all of Malta are in endless debt for the sacrifices of your people. You have averted both potential Kusari and Gallia advances on planet Malta. But I am afraid this debt is one the one that is going to be paid. Personally I feel no gratitude or pity for your subjects who fell in battle or civilians who were just outright murdered. Even those who died at Leeds. Everyone knows that at the bottom of Bretonian heart there's a hate a despise towards the Outcasts. We both know that any agreement between Malta and Bretonia won't last a second as soon as you rebuild your strength.

With the Gallic Royal strength defeated and no longer pose a direct threat to our home, there is no reason for us to wait until you rebuild your power and will take an advance in Taus. If your cabinet needs an official war declaration to process this, then you shall have it. Since October 23th all Bretonian Royal ships are market as combat targets for the forces that are loyal to me. The Secretary to the Cabinet, Alexander East have revoked our access from the Bretonian space. But, while Bretonia is being the weakest house of Sirius, I have certain doubts that we will comply.
