Allow me to introduce myself.
I am Sabrina Iltzmann, Secretary of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Malta. Firstly, I wish to congratulate House Gallia for ending the tyrannical rule of Charles XI. Such a despot was hated and feared by all who found themselves on the opposing end of his regime, and the founding of a new government to lead Gallia into the future is a very welcome sight in these turbulent times. I for one wish you and the people of Gallia a bright future.
I represent the lawfully elected government of the Maltese, or 'Outcasts' as you may know, in regards to foreign relations, and have been tasked with establishing diplomatic connections with the Confederacy. While the Maltese people are not as united on these grounds, we wish to mend relations with those outside Malta in an effort to help grow her into a power of valor and respect matched only by our kin in the other houses.
I had spoken with a representative of the Minarchy before the Confederacy's rise, and one of our military officers secured diplomacy with the Council before the invasion of New London, so it is my hope that some within Gallia may know of the Republic's presence and goals. Should the Confederacy have any inquiries of the Republic, please leave them here and I will try to answer them to the best of my ability. Until then, I wish you a good day. Should the Confederacy wish any assistance against the illegal forces of the Royal Enclave, I'm certain the Armed Forces would see no better use of military equipment.
The Parisian Assembly apologizes for the delay in responding to other work aimed at normalizing global relations between the Confederation and other Sirius Houses.
However, alas, the Parisian Assembly does not have information about your group, and therefore the Republic of Malta is regarded as involved in the rest of the outcasts forces with which the Confederate Defense Forces soldiers are engaged in constant battles in Omicron Tau and Tau worlds, respectively.
However, we were interested in the fact that the Republic of Malta had some kind of relationship with The Council until the revolutionary period. We checked the old archives and, alas, did not find anything. If you can provide us with channels of communication with The Council, this may affect the course of negotiations. The same goes for the Gallic Minarchy.
