I'm Sarita Ybañes, and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Enma Loyola and Loyola Group Tactical Solutions. If you haven't yet heard of the Group, then I know you've heard of Miss Loyola herself, and that should be all that you need to know. So, listen up. Do not mistake this professional courtesy for any kind of affection or concern.

Any dealings you previously had with the Outcasts, or with any of Malta's children, are null and void. Whatever promises that the Ghosts, the Contari, the Cross, the Council, the Legion, or any others made you; consider them broken. Whatever association or trust you had with the above; consider it revoked. As God and the Virgin Mary and the ancestors are my witnesses, nobody who follows your green flag will ever be anything but an enemy of the Outcasts.

This will be the last civil contact we have. If you value your lives, stay away from Malta, stay out of the Sigmas, stay out of the Omicrons, stay away from anywhere Outcasts are. Stay away.

I don't believe we have met, I am Hauptinspektor Landers from the BDM Inspektorat.

What a surprising message you've sent us, it certainly caught our attention. However there is a little problem; On whose authority you claim to revoke treaties and agreements with the aforementioned parties? I am very confident that the Loyola Group Tactical Solutions is neither the overlord of Contari, the Cross, the Council or the Legion nor does it speak on behalf of them.

Oh and let's keep the religious talk to a bare minimum. After all your God would not want you to seek war over peace.
