The IRMM has recently been asked by Junkers' if we could hatch a plan to cripple Hogosha's activities in Shikoku by damaging or destroying the Golden Dragon Casino. This is so far a proposal, but the IRMM is ready to assist given the possible earnings thanks to a larger Junker foothold in Kusari. Cardamine, Counterfeit Software, Slaves and similar would have gone through the system much easier if the Hogosha Liner is taken care of.
If you're interested, please reply at the soonest time possible.
Strange that the Junkers contacted you first about matters which pertain to Kusari, especially Shikoku, instead of the Golden Chrysanthemums, who have the main stake in the area. Especially since we have Junkers running around on Kinkaku-ji. A knock on the door would have been nice before dragging Malta into this.
And still, no Junker has contacted us as of yet.
Considering the circumstances and the way they worked around us, You will find us very unwilling to cooperate. Imagine us scheming with some kind of group to take out a hostile installation in Omicron alpha without involving the Maltese first.

As an Administrator and sometimes a Scientist, I can get quite hasty and miss certain important points. So let me clear this, Junkers have contacted the IRMM because they first and foremost wanted our technological support and on-the-fly solutions against the target in question. Golden Dragon Casino, might be just a Liner, but we were simulating scenarios about their various tactics and possible reinforcements. From you, Malta's esteemed allies, we wanted to ask for more information about the ship so we can reinforce our theories with evidence and condense them into effective charges that would render the ship inoperable with utmost efficiency.
In no way we would've left you in the dark as it was still just a proposal, we didn't want to bother you with something that might not be executed in the end but have the torpedoes ready should it happen.

I apologise for my fiery reply. This only shows how quick something could be torn out of context. We recently we were contacted by Mister Tiltman so we were too soon in our judgement. My apologies again.
As for the Casino. We had an increase of Hogosha activity in recent times, also in Shikoku where the Casino is currently located. We have also noticed a new addition to the area, the Forlorn. A ship was lost in Shikoku when she flew too close to the sun in an attempt to escape by circling around it, hoping the hull would hold untill sufficiant distance between the pursuer was achieved, but the pilot survived and with it, the black box recording

Apologies accepted, it's understandable and happens. Hmm, yes, from what I know, Forlorn is present in Liberty aswell as they've attacked our Agent while Liberty officials watched, but your forces were present there so you know about it. We're also polishing the final designs for the warhead which will cut the Liner in several pieces possibly leaving some technology intact for you to gather if interested.
However, we might send our Agent to poke their nest if you don't mind.
Your agent is free to operate in Shikoku for the purpose of sabotaging the Golden Dragon Casino. We will support him when possible. The Hogosha are getting more bold lately. Shikoku is ours and we want to get rid of any competition to our claim.
On another note. We wish to inform you that we successfully developed a new kind of GC Very Heavy Fighter, called the Iris. The Maltese Imperial Coalition already seems to know of its existence, so word likely already spread to Malta. But, seeing as the IRMM helped us with technological support. It is only natural to keep you informed of our advances.
The Maltese Imperial Coalition provided the defence of our cardamine transport against a Corsair assailant in the Sigmas 2 days ago. It followed us all the way to Alpha. Earlier that day, we also encountered a nomad entity with cruiser class weaponary near planet Malta. We took some scans of it, which we will share wit you. You might find them useful.

A new ship? Hearing this makes me want to leave my office and head to Kinkaku-ji right away, it's not everyday we get to hear about a new GC specific ship. But first and foremost, on behalf of the IRMM I want to congratulate you on your step towards the technological independence, it's a great leap in my opinion. And such that I would like to personally test the ship out against one of your pilots. I don't mean to to say that I don't trust you, but as with anything else, a good field test outside of the laboratory environment benefits both pilots and ship designers. I however won't deny my interest in Iris' performance against Rapier.
Imperial Coalition is a group of well organized Maltese which has been proven on several occasions, hopefully they will keep that way in the current political climate of Malta. Thank you for the visual evidence, however, a Nomad appearing around Malta is slightly disconcerning but acceptable as long as he/she didn't attempt to infect or endanger anyone or refuse any order to leave the space. We'll look into this particular Nomad and respond if we find it too shady.
Let me know when you intend to visit Kinkaku-ji. I will personally give you a presentation. Recently we have invested much into the advancement of our technological capabilities. The Iris is our latest weapon, but it will certainly not be the last. As we speak we are drawing up new schematics and preparing our factories for new weapons to be used against the Kusarian regime. For this we are looking into some heavy construction in the near future.
