Schönen guten Tag Mr. Stahlbrecher,

my friend and business partner, Mr. Mendon, already told me that someone from the SOA arrived at our base a few days ago. I was indeed very happy to finally meet some officers from the legendary RHA, some special operation forces even. Would you had been greeting me and my colleague with the same enthusiasm as Mr. Mendon did with you, it would have been a nice welcome for us too.

Sadly Mr. Mendon had to report to me, that someone from your team quite harshly demanded, that we had to leave Omega-2 and that would be required to take all our equipment with us. Don't get me wrong, I grew up in Rheinland and understand the harsh tone (especially in times, like these). But Mr. Mendon was quiet shock about the behavior. I hope next time we can talk about matters like these in person. I will even invite you for a few drink at my bar.

But for now, let's talk about business.

• This base is made for the distribution of advanced warfare equipment such as Jump drives, Cloaking devices and Codename Weapons under the allied forces. Non of these modules have been constructed jet and will not be build until the base reaches Core 2! The nature of this base is LOW-Profit. It is build to help advance the influence of the Red Hessian in Rheinland and purge the influence of Krueger and Daumann on the Rheinland government.
  
• Access has been provided to all ships with the tag of [RHA], DWR| (since deployment of the base) and SCRA| (since the encounter with Mr. Mendon and the agent with the code name 'Koenigsmoerder').
