I bid you good day, ladies and gentlemen. Minister Toshinori Kojirou, on behalf of the Reformed Empire of Kusari.

It's been made public in recent weeks that tensions between Bretonia and Rheinland are mounting up, and that some regional government official has leaked sensitive Foreign Affairs Ministry documents to the public.

Naturally, our Cabinet is concerned that the Rheinland F.A. Ministry work has been disrupted in such way, and equally concerned that diplomatic information related to Kusari has been incorrectly transmitted by disgruntled statesmen to third parties without prior word.

Don't tell me the regional governor had direct credentials to access such content, right? Have your agencies found and plugged the leak that provided him the documents?

Naturally this and other recent events have most likely provoked quite a bit of Cabinet reshuffling in Rheinland upper echelons. The Reformed Empire of Kusari would like to take this opportunity to inquire the current situation of the Rheinland government, and if the current agreements and diplomatic stances between Kusari and Rheinland remain valid and strongly anchored in Rheinland foreign policy. Are the measures established in the Treaty of Nevers still abided and supported by Rheinland?

In a related matter, our Cabinet has interest in knowing if there has been developments towards peace with the Gas Miners Guild. It is within the interest of the Reformed Empire of Kusari that peace and stability return to the neighbouring region, with the least or no amount of military force necessary for such end.
Finally, we would also like to hear Rheinland views on the situation on the Omega region, and what steps they intend to announce in the future.

I apologise for the delay as we've been extremely busy as of late. So first and foremost, hello and Guten Tag.

As of late, The leaked documents had caused us quite the substantial amount of headache, it appears that the Imperial Parti have taken to this in a manner that is nothing short of an incident to give us concern on information confidentiality. Although this has caused us to now review our security protocols to ensure another situation like this doesn't happen again as we can not risk our most classified documents going out to the types who would see harm to not only us, but anyone else we may be friendly towards, and I can't stress enough that this may even include Kusari. Leaks spread, we replace the pipe instead of a temporary patch. We are now prohibiting Linus Von Claussen from accessing any government documents and transmissions, arrested the individual for infringement of §2.5. Violations of information security regulations, §2.5.1 & §2.5.3) of the Rheinland Criminal Code and now have our Federal Agencies monitoring Imperial access to government documents.

Now concerning the Sigmas, it is nothing short of something we want to repair that can ensure peace and stability for not only our Houses, but the GMG and the civilians of that region. As such we're conducting private peace negotiations with the GMG along with a request for a ceasefire first before we open up our negotations with the house of Kusari considering we were the first combatants. As of now we can say that our military deployment of territorial control vessels are short term within the region of Sigma-21, and hoping these negotiations will see a peaceful withdrawal in the near future under armistice. As of currently, relations with Kusari are still strong but on matters of the Treaty of Nevers, we must at least inform you that such Treaty may be re-negotiated to ensure such conflicts come to an end once and for all.

The Omega regions are truthfully as it stands, complicated. The ongoing demands from corporations for us to protect their investments in Omega-7 are only secondary to the continued government concerns for safety of passing civilians and individuals that want to peacefully transverse between the Federal Republic of Rheinland, Kingdom of Bretonia and the neutral entities in between. The Federal Republic is not looking to expand its claims on any stations within the Omega regions, although we are unfortunately observing the Kingdom of Bretonia forcefully make claims to border regions post-conflict. Omega-3 & Omega-49 (claimed to be Nottingham & Exeter by the Kingdom) is almost completely annexed by Bretonia; as to which the Federal Republic's current government sees as unlawful. Its forceful military seizure of Aland and Gran Canaria for naval ship construction, their increased military presence even after the Gallic conflicts and refusal to return them are worrying signs, we are confident that Bretonia will retake its lost territories and return to its former glory despite their tragic and unprecedented loss of Leeds. But this method is one to set everyone on the edge and is to be treated as borderline conquest.

Ever since the elections and the formation of the federal government, we can say that we've had the proverbial bus thrown at us. We thank you for your patience on this informal update.
